How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. If you want to have a comment you have posted removed, simply contact us with the request explaining which message and we will remove it.
If you subscribe to our newsletter we will keep your email address for only as long as you remain subscribed. Once you unsubscribe your contact information will be removed.
Controlling your personal information
You may request details of personal information, which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998 however this information is limited to the comments you yourself have entered on our website, or the email and name you have provided when you subscribed to our mailing lists.
