Located in Coconut Creek, north of Fort Lauderdale, Butterfly World has been around since 1988 and it’s the first butterfly house in the US and the largest in the world! It encompasses 3 acres and houses botanical gardens and a working butterfly farm, and a couple of aviaries.

Located just North of A1A off Sheridan Ave between Hollywood and Dania Beach, the Anne Kolb Nature Center is a 1,500 acre coastal mangrove wetland that is home to a large variety of plants, animals, reptiles and birds— including many endangered species.
